Biography
Our Founder and Principal Counsel, Esther Ifeoma Jimoh Esq., has had quite an extensive experience in the areas of corporate practice and litigation. She has, since her call to Bar in 2001, handled simple and complex matters dwelling on corporate affairs, public relations, shareholders and board management, government affairs, contract negotiations, drafting and reviews, corporate policy compliance, advice on aviation issues and employee-related matters, amongst others.
She has also had the opportunity to provide some pro-bono services as well as serve as a member of a few Committees within the Nigerian Bar Association.
Esther is currently the Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch for the year 2023 – 2025 following her election in June 2023 and swearing in into the office in July 2023. She is also a member of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum (2023 – 2025), a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), Nigeria-Ikeja Branch, a member of the African Women Lawyers’ Association, a WADA (War Against Drug Abuse) Ambassador of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Nigeria and a member of the Duty Solicitors Network, Nigeria.
